Tracy graduated in 1987 with a Bachelor of Science from South Dakota State University. She attended USD in 1995 pursuing a master's degree in business administration. In 2013, Tracy Graduated from South Dakota State University and University of Missouri's psychiatric family nurse practitioner program. Tracy is Board certified by South Dakota's Medical and Nursing Boards for practice. She is also certified for psychiatric care by the American Nurses Credentialing Center.
Tracy has worked as a Psychiatric Nurse practitioner, providing care to children, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics. She has provided mental health care for outpatients, inpatients, juvenile detention centers, telemedicine, telepsychiatry, nursing homes, assisted living centers, and patients who are incarcerated.
Tracy is an owner/operator on a cattle ranch in South Dakota along with her family. She has delivered psychiatric, mental health care for South Dakotans throughout the state and has committed her practice for South Dakotans.
She understands the Midwest mindset, South Dakota values, and the unique set of circumstances we share. South Dakotans are resilient, but often suffer alone or in silence. Tracy believes "There is a hope in every circumstance."
